Panasonic Business Systems is set to launch two new ranges of multi-touch (LFB70 series) and network (LFC70 series) LED displays, with an 80-inch display showcased at its 2014 Roadshow.

Offering superb image quality, multi-touch functionality (for LFB series) and wireless connectivity, the two series are aimed at the corporate and education sectors and are available in 80”, 65”, and 50” models.

Peter Huljich, Group Manager, Projector and Flat Panel Display, Panasonic Australia said: “The LFB70 series features versatile interactive functionality for smoother, more efficient corporate or university training.”

“Training professionals can increase participants’ attention by providing full interactive courses with these intuitive touch LED displays. The LFB70 series presents an opportunity for professionals to consider the future of digital teaching equipment in boardrooms or lecture settings.”

The LFB70 displays can detect up to six touch points, allowing for smooth operation of the screen with a finger or stylus pen. Whiteboard pages can be saved to internal or external memory and can be emailed directly from the display to a mobile device. The built-in whiteboard technology allows users to instantly start using the interactive function without the need to connect to a PC or install software.

Both the LFB70 and LFC70 series are designed with the next-generation wireless technology, Miracast. It allows seamless high speed wireless transmission of content, including Full HD video files, from Miracast-compatible devices to the displays. Both series are compatible with Panasonic’s Wireless Projector App for iOS, which permits wireless transmission from iOS devices to the displays and Wireless Manager software, which allows wireless presentation from PC. Both series of displays also feature DIGITAL LINK functionality, allowing transmission of video, audio and control commands via a single LAN cable of up to 100m.
