Chasnyn Ousmand, Product Marketing Manager, AV, Panasonic Australia, said: “The Remote Recording feature is something we know consumers will really love as it gives them the flexibility to record their favourite programs on the move.

“We wanted to give consumers a strong incentive to try this feature out, which is why we’ve launched this exciting suite of promotions. We are also expecting demand with the imminent digital switchover in Sydney and Melbourne.”

The latest range of Panasonic Blu-ray and HDD Recorders now offer a new Remote Recording feature that enables customers to schedule recordings of their favourite TV shows via their compatible smartphone or tablet no matter where they are in the world3.

With the convenience of an EPG that can be displayed on their smartphone or tablet, it’s easy for users to set a different program for timer recording without interrupting the one they are watching. In addition, with the DMR-BWT835, using multi-room broadcast streaming, users can watch one channel via their TV and send another recorded program or live broadcast wirelessly to an Android tablet, iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, and then watch this content wherever they choose in the home4.
